If you don’t have time to read a self-help book Here are, 10 New Years Resolutions for real results. New Year’s always brings about a mad rush to try to find a way to create newness. To approach the coming Year with gusto and excitement is something we all look forward to (depending on your state of mind, sometimes for people with depression this is not a possibility). But to create change you have to know the pattern that will bring about the most and best results. Here is a quick and but effective way to get started, if you want your new year to start on the right foot. These are the things that successful people already do.
One
Create a Meditation Routine. The fastest way to calm the brain and create more life satisfaction is to practice meditation. By quieting the brain you calm your anxieties. A lot of our issues stem from a busy brain. And once you calm the activity in your head it allows you to focus your attention in a direct and productive way. Below is a little more reading on How Meditation Changes You.
Two
Start a daily morning routine. A daily routine is a great way to jump-start real change to your day. When you have something like a daily routine you can see small changes that create satisfaction with your daily life. I don’t really like mornings, but I have to agree with people who choose to put a morning routine into practice, it works! I have noticed I get more done, my body and mental state improved (from exercises I do early in the morning), and my life satisfaction increased. It works! I would like to caution you however, please work on your self-love we often sabotage our own improvement because of background self-doubt, remove this block. Three
Plan your next move; Write your wishes, then break down into a plan, plan what needs to happen first, second, third…etc., then start adding those dates to your calendar and TO DO list (the best calendar to use is your phone, it’s always with you). Do those things on those days. Plan for success. Check out How to break down Big Goals by livingwellspendingless.com
Four
Create a life board with your goals as if they where accomplished. This jump starts your emotional state to match your future goals. If you feel like you already have it, it attracts it that much faster. Vision Boards are visual affirmations, they reflect your true wishes and remind your brain that its a reality. Every year I update mine and work on adding new goals and desires. I fallow a simple cut and paste style, here is a perfect example of what I do by Christie Inge How to Make a Vision Board That Actually Works
Five
With your daily plan you have created, do a little each day. When you accomplish a little each day it can lead to one small goal, then another, until you have finished an amazing life. Here is where you need to keep it simple. Get a small paper pad or journal and write your daily to do’s from the goals you broke down from above. As you finish a To Do cross it out from your list. No need for a fancy journal or Calendar Journal, I have tried them all and it’s not the Journal or Pad but the simplicity that works.
Six
Realize you need to build inside drive. Every day motivate by playing motivational videos, and motivational music. No there isn’t some magic pill to help keep you motivated, I have tried to find it. 99% of those who succeeded where those who built motivation inside themselves. You will have off day, days that you just want to hide, that is okay, take time to reflect but keep going. The only way to succeed is to continue on a path and don’t vier of it. You can have many side roads, but only one highway. Check out YouTube for motivational speeches, they are amazing keys to set a fire inside you. Here is one of my favorites.
Seven
Join other people with similar goals, create a foundation for success. It’s not a tribe, it’s an energy connection. You connect to those who amplify your life and it attracts your true nature. Connect and conquer, those who lift your vibration can invaluable assets to your personal growth. Clueless on how to network Here a simplified infographic from Hubspot.com
Eight

First, don’t make your workouts too long, its hard to spend an hour but most don’t mind 20 minutes. Second eating clean is best, low animal protein and loads of vegetables and fruits, choose balance when in doubt. Last, throw in a half day of fasting once or twice a week, fasting can reset your cells, giving you more energy.
Nine
Learn a little on the subject you crave the most. Read what makes you feel alive and happy. Its easier to read and learn when it’s a subject you love. If you find it hard to find time, use audiobooks, or even YouTube, but keep growing!
