Instructions: Repeat the below self-love affirmations out loud, feel the emotion of gentle gratitude with each statement. Take a deep breath and exhalation after each statement.
Re-read 5 times and every time you have a moment and need reassurance. You will only change your outlook about you if you repeat and repeat these affirmations. Repetition is your only goal, change will happen naturally.
If you have not started a meditation program, start one. And do it daily for forty days or more. If you forget a day, do it the next. But don’t stop. Again (broken record) repeating something is the only way to change you, change your cells.
I noticed that saying affirmations really helped the way I spoke to myself, but there was a thing I kept forgetting to also pay attention to, Judgement. I needed to stop judging how I saw myself.
If you notice yourself having a little bit of hesitation after your statements stop and make sure you are not adding judge-mental feelings after. If you are feeling those feelings, try to neutralize them by taking a deep breath and letting it go.
