The Secret Powerful Tool For True Happiness

Success & True Happiness

The powerful secret tool for true happiness is so amazingly simple, yet it can transform your life right now. You see successful people living the life you only dream off. They exude self-confidence and seem to have it all! What you don’t know is that often that is not the case. Having true happiness has nothing to do with what you make or the amount of success you reach.

There is a reason the news is full of stories of famous successful people committing suicide? Success will never bring you true happiness. I have found the opposite is possible; joy can bring you success!

The Monks Know this!

One of the secrets (not so secret it’s out there for anyone to find) of the monks and awakened leaders is that YOU are capable of happiness right now!!

No need for money, a new job, or a new life situation, when you distance yourself from the mind, you distance yourself from self-made misery and attain true happiness.

What do I mean? I mean we are in distress because you are creating your reality, whatever that reality might be. People are constantly thinking. Something is always playing in our heads.

A moment doesn’t go by without you thinking about a conversation you just had or worst, one that you will never have. It all seems so reasonable, it’s what we have always done.

But did you know that is the cause of stress, the cause of unhappiness? This overthinking is the cause of your dissatisfaction with your life? Stop now!

  Here is how it works:

Constantly thinking causes stress

Stress causes Anxiety.

Anxiety causes Depression.

Depression can lead to Suicide.

The Depression Cycle

Depression is our bodies healing from stress. It’s not a horrible thing, but what is awful is that we don’t allow our bodies o heal. We feed it more and more stress. Brake the first habit, and you break the depression cycle. Once the depression cycle is broken your brain can re-wire for a real joyous life.

(Disclaimer: Certain people are genuinely deficient in certain brain chemicals, and or have a brain injury that is the cause of the depression, or brain trauma. If you know that about yourself, please see your physician for help).

The Art of Thinking and Not Thinking.

But how do you stop thinking without bumping into walls?  You don’t need to continually think to live your life. You can think intentionally.

That means that you can think when you need to and then quiet your brain in between. It should feel like your meditation session, you sit meditating, and your intention is to push all thought aside. Practice five minutes a day.

Keep adding 5 minutes here and there. Do this for 40 days. Pretty soon you will notice your anxiety coming down dramatically. You will feel a peace come over you. Now the only time you will stress is when a real-life situation is happening that warrens your stress levels be up. That is how you find yourself in true happiness.

I had to Change or I Would Die!

I was in constant stress after the birth of my second child. For me, the baby blues brought angst unlike I have ever known. One that left me no choice but to change my mind or I would die.

The Doctors started me on a medication program that further left me in deep existentialist cloud. Finally, I had to learn to deal with my inner state. So I begin to practice being mentally in a state of non-thinking. It was hard at first.

Like normal, I constantly wanted to think. But the more I did it the more I noticed I could go longer and longer moments without mindless self chatter.

The Results!

Out of this practice came the most wonderful side effect.

First I began being okay with my life.

Second, I no longer felt like running away from me.

And third, I  noticed myself becoming more able to let others be themselves and not taking it in myself. It was great, I didn’t need constant perfection.

Anyone can attain and keep true happiness if they are willing to let go of constant thinking. It truly is a powerful tool for real lasting happiness.

I want that for you, I want that for everyone. This peace is beyond amazing and everyone deserves that kind of inner peaceful self.

Practice daily five minutes of non-thinking for 40 days. You will not regret it!
